Video: how to deal with anger and disturbance in life

Life is full of challenges but there’s a way to maintain peace inside.

In this video, I talked about how we can easily deal with anger and disturbance especially while we are meditating. When we close our eyes, even though we didn’t see any picture but the inner images, stories or voice keep popping up in our head. Does this mean we will not be able to meditate during a session like this?
