I facilitated a series of meditation workshops for the executives and branch managers of Taweekit Supercenter, which is a leading department store in the northeastern part of Thailand. The two trainings started on February 17-20 and February 21-24 in Himmawan Sanctuary, Thailand.

Meditation training

For many participants, this is their first time meditating. Many were reluctant to join but felt very impressed on how easy they could follow the meditation. Although the first session seemed hard, they began to feel easier in the following sessions. The longest meditation was one full hour and many felt it was much shorter than the actual time.
