Journey #1 - Egypt Fri Dec 31, 2010 Egypt was my first journey as a Buddhist monk to spread the knowledge of meditation practice. A three-day mindfulness and meditation retreat was organized in a Yoga studio Alexandria, Egypt.
Journey #2 – Jordan Sun Jan 2, 2011 I was about to fly back to Thailand but I got an invitation from the Thai embassy in Amman for the 2011 new year blessing.
Journey #3 – Belgium Sun May 8, 2011 Meditation can be a free medicine that cures different problems. One of them is insomnia.
Journey #6 – Bolivia Mon May 14, 2012 Bolivia was the second country I visited in South America. But at 4,000 meters above the sea level, I suffered from altitude sickness in La Paz where meditation sessions in universities were organized. We also went to Cochabamba for a meditation retreat.
Journey #8 – Peru Wed May 23, 2012 After leaving Colombia, I returned to Peru for the second time. Peace Agent Gaby was not there because she went to continue her study but there we had David and Diana who pulled the strings and made all the beautiful mediation sessions together. Journey #10 – Mexico Sun Nov 18, 2012 It’s my first time to visit the central part of America and the beautiful Caribbean. We were in different cities: Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and the Mexico City. We organized a three-day retreat as well.
Journey #11 – Nepal Sun Dec 2, 2012 I visited Nepal to organize a meditation retreat for Mr. Nirvana of the CG group in November 2012. At the place, I also had a chance to meditate under the same big bodhi tree that appears in the little Buddha film.
Journey #12 – Poland Mon Jun 10, 2013 The first Peace On Demand (PIPO) in Europe was organized by a Peace Agent from Poland, Weronika. We had sessions in Warsaw, Wrocław and Jelenia Góra.
Journey #13 – Peru Sat Aug 3, 2013 This is my 3rd visit to Peru and the longest journey so far. I spent about 3 months staying there, learning Spanish, teaching in the Latin America fellowship as well as in a pilot “La Casa de Peace Revolution” in Lima
Journey #14 – Chile Sun Aug 4, 2013 In Chile, we had sessions in three universities as well as a retreat.
Journey #16 – Mexico Sun Nov 10, 2013 The return to Mexico this time I went up North to Saltillo, Monterrey and Puebla. It’s interesting to see how different Mexico has in different regions. The number of participants I taught this time is over 1,500 people.
Journey #17 – Colombia Mon Nov 18, 2013 In 2013, I returned to Colombia not only for ordinary PIPO sessions but also for a weekend retreat for 30 participants.

Journey #64 – El Salvador Fri Apr 28, 2017 The first session was in Instituto Tecnologico Centro Americano (ITCA) in Santa Tecla. There were 288 vocational education students that will learn meditate for the first time. But the institute prepared them asking them to draw pictures about meditation and inner peace. I guided meditation for 30 minutes. And for those who meditated, it didn’t feel like half an hour. They were a bit shy in sharing their experience but some mentioned that they didn’t feel the awareness of the body and didn’t hear the voice at some point but still being able to maintain concentration the whole time.
Journey #80 – Slovakia Thu Nov 1, 2018 A short recap of my meditation sessions in Slovakia during 25-30 November 2018 in 7 cities with over 600 people
