The 2022 Fit Summit Bangkok

I went to guide a meditation session at the fit summit. The venue is located at the Sofitel Bangkok hotel, Sukhumvit road. The meditation happened on the morning of 30th November with about 50 participants mainly international people. Although the session was short, the participants felt relaxed, and content from closing thier eyes and keeping the minds within themselves.
