Journey #50 – Saint Lucia

Saint Lucia is the most distant place I have ever been in the planet. It was so far to travel to. If I count the number of flights from Thailand, that will be equivalent to almost ten flights. There, I'm still happy to be able to conduct some meditation sessions and got some people meditate.

Not all participants were interested in the meditation. In addition, there was a challenge of disturbing loud noise coming from the street from people shouting and music as well. However, some were able to feel relaxed and to let go of their worries, felt very light and if they had no body. They asked me the following questions:

• Why Orange?
• Do you know kung fu?
• Do you get hungry only eating twice a day?
• What do you have to do to become a monk?
• Can a monk get married?
