Journey #58 – Georgia

I have returned again to International Scout Centre Rustavi ISCS in Georgia to conduct the 3rd BRIDGE fellowship, which targets people from Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia who are interested in learning and exploring self-reflection as primary means to create real world change. There were about 30 participants from 13 countries, which are Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Latvia, and Ukraine, who came together to empower themselves with the practice of mindfulness and meditation. In addition, I went to teach at several meditation sessions in Tbilisi as well.
