Journey #69 – Benin

I went to teach meditation in the ‘Formation Alafia Pour Les Pays De L’Afrique Francophone 2017’, Porto Novo, Benin from 12-14 October 2017. The participants are from Benin, Gabon, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Mali, Rwanda, Senegal, Chad, Togo, Tunisia, Cameroon, Congo, DR Congo. It was my second visit to Benin within the same year.

พอจ.ไปสอนสมาธิ ในโครงการอบรมสมาธิให้กับชาวแอฟริกันที่พูดภาษาฝรั่งเศส ที่เมืองปอร์โต้ โนโว ประเทศเบนิน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 12-14 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2561 ให้กับชาวท้องถิ่นจำนวน 13 ประเทศได้แก่ ประเทศ Benin, Gabon, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Mali, Rwanda, Senegal, Chad, Togo, Tunisia, Cameroon, Congo, DR Congo

It was a nice experience even though the event lasted only for 3 days (well … two and a half)
