I presented how a secular mindfulness and meditation approach give benefits to the entire SMU community (faculty, staff, students) and guided a short meditation session.

Read moreI visited Fethiye, Turkey to conduct a Peace Revolution fellowship, MENA Salam 3. The purpose of this fellowship is to create a network of Peace Rebels and Agents in spreading Peace Revolution's mission and vision in the Middle East and North Africa region through mindfulness and meditation events. There were 20 participants from ten countries who joined the event. Including volunteers, the number of people was 30 in total. Many participants later came to Thailand and join a two-week training later on.
