I have returned again to [International Scout Centre Rustavi ISCS](https://iscr.ge/) in Georgia to conduct the 3rd BRIDGE fellowship, which targets people from Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia who are interested in learning and exploring self-reflection as primary means to create real world change. With about 30 participants from 13 countries who came together to empower themselves with the practice of mindfulness and meditation. In addition, I went to teach at several meditation sessions in Tbilisi as well.

I presented how a secular mindfulness and meditation approach give benefits to the entire SMU community (faculty, staff, students) and guided a short meditation session.

This year my visit came unexpected because I suppose to go back from Turkey to Thailand but because an immediate unavailability of LP Pasura, I had to cover this journey on his behalf. Read moreI visited Fethiye, Turkey to conduct a Peace Revolution fellowship, MENA Salam 3. The purpose of this fellowship is to create a network of Peace Rebels and Agents in spreading Peace Revolution's mission and vision in the Middle East and North Africa region through mindfulness and meditation events. There were 20 participants from ten countries who joined the event. Including volunteers, the number of people was 30 in total. Many participants later came to Thailand and join a two-week training later on.
