I have returned again to [International Scout Centre Rustavi ISCS](https://iscr.ge/) in Georgia to conduct the 3rd BRIDGE fellowship, which targets people from Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia who are interested in learning and exploring self-reflection as primary means to create real world change. With about 30 participants from 13 countries who came together to empower themselves with the practice of mindfulness and meditation.
