My visit to Rwanda is for two purposes. The first is to join an Amandla African Youth Fellowship from October 16-18, 2019. The second is to guide meditation in various PIPO sessions in Kigali as well as other cities.

In 2019, I visited Ivory Coast (Côte d'Ivoire) for the 2nd time to teach mindfulness and meditation in the 3rd Alafia Francophone fellowship.

In September 2018, I visited Ivory Coast (Côte d'Ivoire) to teach mindfulness and meditation in the 2nd Alafia Francophone fellowship. Since it's for Francophone participants, I taught in English but with French translation in all the sessions.

I went to teach meditation in the ‘Formation Alafia Pour Les Pays De L’Afrique Francophone 2017’, Porto Novo, Benin from 12-14 October 2017. The participants are from Benin, Gabon, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Mali, Rwanda, Senegal, Chad, Togo, Tunisia, Cameroon, Congo, DR Congo.

I have returned again to [International Scout Centre Rustavi ISCS](https://iscr.ge/) in Georgia to conduct the 3rd BRIDGE fellowship, which targets people from Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia who are interested in learning and exploring self-reflection as primary means to create real world change. With about 30 participants from 13 countries who came together to empower themselves with the practice of mindfulness and meditation. In addition, I went to teach at several meditation sessions in Tbilisi as well

I visited Fethiye, Turkey to conduct a Peace Revolution fellowship, MENA Salam 3. The purpose of this fellowship is to create a network of Peace Rebels and Agents in spreading Peace Revolution's mission and vision in the Middle East and North Africa region through mindfulness and meditation events. There were 20 participants from ten countries who joined the event. Including volunteers, the number of people was 30 in total. Many participants later came to Thailand and join a two-week training later on.

My trip to Lake Ohrid, [Northern Macedonia](/tags/north-macedonia) has been the first [fellowship](/tags/fellowship) in the Balkan region. The initial idea came from a European fellowship when six people from Balkan region were there. It was decided to organize a separate fellowship for the region and North Macedonia was chosen.
